For over 20 years, Protecht has redefined the way people think about risk management with the most complete and cutting-edge solutions.

They approached us for a brand refresh that aligned with their forward-thinking product. Recognizing the opportunity to create a strong brand identity in a crowded market, we developed a unique and memorable brand that sets Protecht apart from their competitors.

Redefining the core brand elements

At the heart of the brand sits the Protecht icon which influenced the shapes and forms of the broader brand system. One of our first tasks was to modernise and simplify the icon, by perfecting the structure and removing the gradients to align with their ambition. The brand’s colour palette was also simplified and we incorporated a new font that aligns with the brand aesthetics.

Inspired by the rounded nature of Protecht’s logo we defined a brand system that uses panels with rounded edges to help provide a coherent structure to all touchpoints. A flexible system that can adapt to different types of content or format, and evolves along with the brand's growth.

Risk Pioneers. A futuristic visual language.

Protecht has always been at the forefront of the industry with their cutting-edge products and solutions. Their positioning, Risk pioneers, was the perfect platform to allow us to create a visual language that speaks to that leadership and was both innovative and unexpected.

We teamed up with 3D2D studio to develop a suite of mesmerising 3D loops to effectively communicate the different product capabilities and solutions that Protecht’s products offer. An unapologetic and fresh approach that gives Protecht an edge to position itself as the leader in the industry, demonstrating that risk management can be exciting and engaging.

A new digital experience

We worked closely with Protecht's digital agency to ensure the user experience was as engaging as the new brand. A set of illustrations created by Joseph Carrington and the bold tone of voice help the brand feel approachable and trustworthy across their digital platforms.

The result

Our collaboration with the Protecht team was key to the success of the project. We conducted weekly meetings aimed at defining the messaging and visual identity. During these sessions, we actively listened to their input and expertise, gaining a deep understanding of their product. The end result is a clean, engaging and confident brand that clearly communicates their product and has the ability to expand into new markets as they continue to grow.
